Customer Service Assistant (Remote part-time work from home)
We are looking for someone to help us with:
- Outgoing customer calls
- Handling ZOHO CRM to deal with new enquiries
- E-mailing customers our e-mial information packs through Zoho CRM (ready templates)
- Answerring facebook enquiries
- Outgoing admin tasks
- Processing payments over the phone
- Updating booking calendar
- help with bookings driving tests
What is required for this role:
- Being Self employed or willing to register so you can invoice us for your services
- UK Sales Experience
- Excellent English
- Excellent product knowledge
- UK Car Driving Experience (knowing the process of learning how to drive in UK)
Working hrs – 11 hrs per week, for the fist 3 months. Proposed schedule:
- mon: 11am-1pm & either 4pm-6pm
- Wed: 11am-1pm & either 4pm-6pm
- Friday: 11am-2pm
After 3 months, if providing good results we will aim to increase the working hrs to 40 hrs per week, with this schedule:
- Mon-friday: 9am-5pm (uk time)
